Hopefully the folks at Kenneth Cole learned a BIG lesson today on the power of social media, aka: do not let your interns (or unaware executives) be the voice of your brand online.

In my opinion this is exactly where twitter is heading to. I am amazed at how many junk post’s I see every day. A better flagging system would work perfect to solve the problems. Kill the spam Twitter or you might just loose you foothold in the market place.
